"I hope all of the Corporals have come away from the course feeling confident in their role as a JNCO, and empowered to perform appropriatly in their role".

During the two day course the cadets are assessed on areas including apperance, knowledge, motivation and participation. At the end of the course they are provided with a report, which in consultation with their mentor, provides development areas to help them build on the training provided on the course. There is also advice on drill, dicipline and presentation to help them build towards promotion.
